Responsibilities:
Defining and implementing preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance strategies
Managing a multidisciplinary team (technicians, automation specialists, subcontractors)
Leading investment, modernization, and equipment optimization projects
Ensuring regulatory compliance of installations (safety, environment, ATEX, etc.)
Managing the maintenance budget and monitoring performance indicators (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, etc.)
Deploying and optimizing the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Playing a key role in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, TPM, Lean, etc.)
Qualifications:
Higher education in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or engineering (Master’s level or equivalent)
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a demanding industrial environment, ideally in chemicals, petrochemicals, or lubricants
Natural leadership, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit
Proficient in CMMS tools, industrial safety standards, and failure analysis methods
Fluent in English
