Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a E&BI Insights Monitoring Partner who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive to join our Ethics & Business Integrity team, based at our HQ office, in Brussels, Belgium.
About the role
You will be working in a team that ensures ethical business practices as the owner of the E&BI global monitoring program. Your work will help identify process gaps, mitigate risks, support transparency, and strengthen compliance across the organization.
Who you’ll work with
You will be part of the Ethics & Business Integrity team, collaborating closely with local leads and external monitoring vendors. You’ll also engage with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Manage external vendors conducting monitoring activities, including sample selection, quality checks, and regular reviews
- Share monitoring results and insights with local leads to support compliance and transparency
- Conduct centralized monitoring and analytics aligned with the annual monitoring plan
- Support decentralized monitoring in collaboration with local teams
- Collect and analyze data to generate dashboards and insights on monitoring results
- Contribute to the development of analytics methodologies and implementation of tools
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related function
- Strong knowledge of global healthcare regulatory standards and compliance monitoring
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, including vendor coordination
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with discretion
- Experience in data analytics and tools such as Qlik or Power BI
