We are looking for District Manager BNL to join our team at Bobcat.
As District Manager BNL at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in our community. Need to manage 2 different brands and relative networks in Region X (Bobcat A dealers - Doosan B) driving the dealers in order to grow their and our business with clear ideas trough a day to day business relationship. This all in BENELUX territory. Based in Belgium.
We are looking for somone who:
- Dealers support: Be the first response contact for dealer questions in respect to product, sales, and marketing in the daily business. Support them and keep close contact to them.
- Demand planning & market forecasting: Plan, discuss and agree a marketing plan with the dealers in the region.
- Network Development: Capability to figure out possible change in the network defining timing and procedure with solid business plan analysis. Constantly monitor, develop, and evaluate the network’s performance and development. Initiate and manage network restructuring processes when necessary.
- Market appearance: In collaboration with the back office, organize, run, report, and evaluate brand awareness/reputation forming activities like fairs, road shows, advertising campaigns, press-contacts.
- Capacity of interpret the market trend.
- Market Intelligence.
What sets you apart:
- Experience: 6~10 years
- Travel Standard: 10 ~ 24 %
- With min. 4+ years of experience in exclusive dealer network management in the industrial goods sector
- Understand B2B activities, needs, and strategy and all the requierements from dealerhips
- Good organization skills and follow up, communication skills
- Fluent English, other languages are big advantage
- Good technical understanding
- Knowledge of the characteristics of the CE/KA market (in general and regional)
