Job Description
The Tech & Durables Customer Success team at NIQ acts as a strategic partner to our clients, driving change for faster reaction to changing market requirement. Our team consists of experts in several industries, like Consumer Electronics, Domestic Appliances, IT, Telecom… Our team in Belgium is looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Success Consultant, who will be working primarily with our clients in the Major Domestic Appliances sector.
You will benefit from working in a close-knit team environment and will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and wider teams.
Responsibilities
- Become the trusted market expert in one or more categories / industry segments.
- Develop fact-based answers to complex client key business questions.
- Create and deliver compelling market presentations, providing insights and recommendations that help clients to grow their business.
- Driving adoption and usage (i.e. activation, reactivation and engagement) of our gfknewron platform within the client organization, by demonstrating clear ROI to clients.
- Collaborate with internal client service teams to ensure client reports are delivered and requests are solved in a timely manner.
- Identify leads for cross-sell and upsell opportunities with the assigned client and product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of marketing, economics or equivalent experience.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in consulting, market research, product management of durables or equivalent business units.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English. Fluency in French would be a plus.
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems in a highly client-focused manner.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
