Are you a finance professional ready to connect numbers to decisions — and people?
Solina is looking for a Commercial Business Controller for Central Europe , who will support the commercial and operational teams with insights that drive performance, strategy and growth. You’ll act as a true business partner, bringing clarity through data and helping shape the financial health of our operations in the region.
What will you be doing?
- Translate financial results into actionable insights for the Central Europe management team;
- Support strategic and operational decisions by providing clear, simplified financial data;
- Act as the finance liaison for the Sales and Management teams, offering financial guidance on initiatives and projects;
- Track and report operational and financial KPIs, and recommend actions for sustainable long-term performance;
- Lead monthly reporting for specific legal entities and assist in budget preparation across the full P&L;
- Challenge budget inputs to ensure they are ambitious, yet realistic and aligned with company goals;
- Analyze monthly performance: variances, risks and opportunities, trends, key drivers;
- Collaborate with the broader EMEA Controlling community on projects and ad hoc analysis.
Who are you?
- You have strong analytical skills and a sharp critical mindset;
- You are highly proficient in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint;
- You are hands-on, solution-oriented and able to work autonomously;
- You’re a proactive team player who thrives under pressure and can prioritize effectively;
- You have experience in controlling, finance business partnering or a similar field;
- You are fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
