The role:
- Collaborate closely with the Supply PPM Director Europe and the FP&A Director Europe to define the 10-Year Plan (10YP) strategy, priorities, and key enablers
- Translate the Zone-level strategic vision into a clear and actionable 1-Year Operational Plan, ensuring transparent communication of key drivers
- Ensure full alignment between the long-term 10YP strategy and the annual planning cycle
- Estimate and critically challenge total Supply EBITDA (VILC, FIC) and Cash Flow impacts (Capex, CWC)
- Prepare high-quality management review presentations for Zone and Global leadership, adhering to all relevant guidelines, templates, and timelines
- Partner with ZTD, Zone Procurement, and GPO to identify, evaluate, and quantify strategic initiatives and transformation projects
- Collaborate with the FP&A Commercial team to assess the cost implications of commercial initiatives
- Ensure accurate reporting of bottom-up VILC standards and actuals for MACO reporting processes
- Oversee effective budget management and tracking across multiple systems, including Cognos, SCFD, ZBB, SAP, and GKPI
- Support footprint optimization exercises by validating financial models and monitoring capacity utilization, while constructively challenging assumptions
- Lead the champions process for all Supply Packages, with a strong focus on price and performance improvements aligned with global standards and timelines
- Coordinate the target-setting and performance assessment processes for the Supply organization
- Provide leadership and support for people development and team management within the function
- Drive ad-hoc reporting and conduct thorough business case evaluations as needed
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) representing the Supply function towards Business Units
- Lead the end-to-end VILC transformation agenda, driving changes in processes, reporting, and performance management systems (MCRS), to enable more effective decision-making and strategic execution
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing financial performance within the FMCG or Beverage industry
- Proven experience in the preparation and implementation of business cases
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial control processes
- Solid understanding of audit, tax, and treasury operations
- Hands-on experience with pricing and costing calculations (e.g., prime cost), as well as corporate finance methodologies including DCF, NPV, IRR, and Payback analysis
- Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of key business functions such as Brewery Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and excellent communication skills
- Exceptional presentation abilities, with the capability to build compelling storylines and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of team development and performance management
