Clinical training specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Training Specialist to join our Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team. In this role, you will support the Clinical Training & Quality team in the administration and management of our Learning Management System (LMS), clinical document control, and global training programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring our teams are trained, compliant, and equipped to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support LMS operations to ensure global GCO employees are trained to perform their roles effectively

• Maintain proficiency in LMS functionality and reporting

• Communicate, monitor, and promote learning activities across the organization

• Collaborate with management to improve learning processes and systems

• Author and review learning materials; contribute to departmental documentation

• Support the development and execution of global training programs and study-specific training plans

• Provide guidance and support to employees on training-related matters

• Manage and support clinical document control systems for Global GCO

• Ensure compliance with document control standards and generate relevant reports

• Work independently and coach contractors or temporary staff

• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures in a regulated environment

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration

• At least 1 year of experience in the medical device or other regulated industry

• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques is a plus

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
