We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Training Specialist to join our Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team. In this role, you will support the Clinical Training & Quality team in the administration and management of our Learning Management System (LMS), clinical document control, and global training programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring our teams are trained, compliant, and equipped to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities
Support LMS operations to ensure global GCO employees are trained to perform their roles effectively
Maintain proficiency in LMS functionality and reporting
Communicate, monitor, and promote learning activities across the organization
Collaborate with management to improve learning processes and systems
Author and review learning materials; contribute to departmental documentation
Support the development and execution of global training programs and study-specific training plans
Provide guidance and support to employees on training-related matters
Manage and support clinical document control systems for Global GCO
Ensure compliance with document control standards and generate relevant reports
Work independently and coach contractors or temporary staff
Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures in a regulated environment
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration
At least 1 year of experience in the medical device or other regulated industry
Experience in preparing and delivering presentations
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)
Knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
