Within our team in Brussels, we support our Capital Markets and Banking clients in smaller and larger transformation projects and in creating their vision of the future. Your job will be to support a team involved in these projects to help make our clients successful. This includes understanding project specifics and industry dynamics, deep diving into detailed analysis while being able to maintain an overview of the initiative, understanding and elaborating on the project to senior stakeholders, managing client expectations and supporting your colleagues.
Besides the day-to-day projects, you will become an ambassador of Accenture (towards our clients, but also internally) and continue developing yourself and, by doing so, the company. This can be done by growing your expertise in key industry topics, taking ownership on topics and/or client relationships and/or support our sales efforts and developing innovative ideas in your domain.

Here's what you'll need
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related area
- Experience in project management activities within consulting firms or in project departments is required
- A deep understanding of Banking processes (credit, payment, client onboarding,…) and/or Market Infrastructure industries, as well as the actors, underlying functions, businesses, and investment tools are also required.
- the ability to fluently speak and write in English and French/Dutch with passive understanding of the other national language is required
