We are seeking an <strong>Application Support Agent (DIGIT) </strong>to join our team in Brussels.<br />
<br />
<strong>Description of Tasks:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Individual Support: Provide individualized assistance:
<ul>
<li>Remotely via phone and ServiceNow.</li>
<li>On-site support (potentially in collaboration with pensioner associations) to help users configure authentication methods such as the EU Login application, security keys, and e-ID.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Ticketing and Reporting: Record and follow up on incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing system.</li>
<li>Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through technical issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams as needed.</li>
<li>Hands-On Training Sessions: Conduct in-person hands-on sessions in both French and English, with groups of up to 20 participants. Provide personalized follow-up support at request.</li>
<li>Webinars: Organize and deliver webinars aimed to guide pensioners through the steps of setting up and using new authentication methods.</li>

<strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong>

<li>Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.</li>
<li>Patience and Empathy: Ability to show patience and understanding when supporting individuals, particularly in high-assistance or digital illiteracy situations.</li>

<li>Technical Proficiency:
