We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Boards Expert / Coach to redesign, standardize, and manage the use of Azure DevOps Boards across the organization. The role will focus on aligning agile practices, KPIs, and management reporting to improve project transparency, efficiency, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit existing Azure DevOps Boards and propose configurations based on the native template.
- Define standard guidelines and ensure team adoption.
- Implement KPIs such as burndown charts, velocity tracking, and project comparisons; automate reporting.
- Train and coach teams on reading and generating reports effectively.
- Lead change management efforts and evaluate the migration of existing data.
Expected Deliverables:
- Documented new board model.
- User guides and training videos.
- Ready-to-use KPI dashboards.
- Validated migration plan with deployment schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Certified in Azure DevOps and agile methodologies (Scrum Master, PSPO, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in coaching, training, and change management.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps reporting (Analytics Views, Power BI).
- Strong ability to simplify complex processes and unify multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch, and English.
