Are you passionate about Agile and ready to make an impact in a data-driven environment? We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic squad focused on Retail Customer and Channel insights.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management, Definition of Done (DoD), and tracking progress through capacity and velocity metrics.
- Act as the cornerstone of Agile delivery, ensuring the team applies Scrum principles effectively.
- Resolve obstacles and protect the team from internal and external distractions.
- Coach teams, business lines, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Take on the role of Feature Delivery Owner, overseeing end-to-end delivery of features aligned with squad objectives and business priorities.
- Promote Agile ways of working across the organization and report on Scrum adoption, risks, and issues.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with agile reporting and follow-up tools (Jira, Rally, etc.).
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of a local language is highly appreciated.
