Are you a Dutch-speaking Scrum Master with a passion for Agile methodologies?
We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Scrum Master who can support, guide, and empower teams to become more efficient and self-organizing. You will play a key role in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Role
As a Scrum Master, you are the driving force behind the correct application of Scrum principles. You remove obstacles, coach the team, and ensure smooth collaboration with all involved stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives
- Coach the team toward greater self-organization and a strong Agile mindset
- Provide hands-on support to the Product Owner and team members in their daily work
- Identify and resolve internal obstacles and team challenges
- Promote open and transparent communication within and across teams
- Actively contribute to increasing Agile maturity across the wider organization
Your Profile
- Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an IT environment
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- A Scrum Master certification (PSM or CSM) is a plus
