Are you a Dutch-speaking Scrum Master with a passion for Agile practices? We are looking for someone who can inspire, support, and guide teams through their journey toward efficient and self-organized collaboration. You will play a key role in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What Will You Do?
As a Scrum Master, you are the driving force behind the correct application of Scrum principles. You help remove obstacles, coach the team, and promote smooth collaboration across all stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
- Coach the team toward greater self-organization and a strong Agile mindset
- Provide hands-on support to the Product Owner and team members in their daily operations
- Identify and resolve internal impediments and team challenges
- Encourage open and transparent communication within and across teams
- Actively contribute to enhancing the Agile maturity of the broader organization
What You Bring
- Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an IT environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Comfortable working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- A PSM or CSM certification is a plus
