We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer passionate about user experience and interface design, ready to bring their talent to innovative internal applications.
Your mission: put the user at the heart of every decision and turn business needs into elegant, intuitive, and effective solutions.
Your responsibilities
UX Focus:
- Research and analyze user needs
- Design user journeys and clear information architectures
- Create impactful wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct and analyze user testing to refine solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into optimal experiences
UI Focus:
- Design modern and harmonious interfaces (typography, color palettes, buttons, icons…)
- Ensure visual consistency across screens and modules
- Contribute to building design systems and visual guidelines
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI, ideally on internal applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
- Excellent knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Proficient in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar
- Autonomous, team-oriented, and detail-driven
Languages: Proficiency in French or Dutch (English is a plus)

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
