About the Opportunity
We're looking for a seasoned Agile Coach to lead and support Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering Agile mindsets, enabling self-sufficient teams, and driving cultural change in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Guide teams and individuals in adopting Agile practices tailored to their maturity levels.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
Lead change management efforts including training, mentoring, and coaching.
Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to enhance Agile adoption across the organization.
Customize training materials and documentation to simplify Agile implementation.
Promote Agile values and behaviors throughout the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✅ Experience:
Minimum 6 years in Agile coaching within complex organizations.
Strong facilitation and team dynamics skills.
Experience as a trainer is a plus.
✅ Certifications:
Certified in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, DevOps, etc.).
✅ Soft Skills:
Empathetic, persuasive, communicative, and a collaborative team player.
