Role description:
This role is required for the implementation of GE ADMS S6 solution and focussed mainly on Power Analysis & DPF activities in various customer facing projects. This role involves end-to-end solution design, deployment, and support of our ADMS platform, used by global utility companie and some of our project activities include configuration of solution wrt standard work, solution design, customer workshops, appropriate documentation, Test case drafting and Execution, defect investigation and triaging, scripting and automation etc.
Primary Skillset:
• Experience with DMS, Upgrade & core activities for ADMS S6
• Design, implement, and optimize ADMS solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure ADMS solutions are aligned with organizational goals and requirements.
• Running the scripts for FAT, SAT Testing and post analysis & investigation and categorisation of defects.
• Understanding Distributed systems, system architecture and database management.
Secondary Skillset:
• GE PowerOn Fusion, PowerOn Advantage, ADMS S6 or any SCADA/ADMS technology
• Jira, qTest, Confluence
• OS Windows Applications, Linux Usage,

Job Description Summary
We’re looking for a Power Analysis Specialist to join our Digital Services Implementation team, focusing on the design, configuration, and optimization of power system analysis within GE Digital’s ADMS S6 solution. Our team addresses challenges across multiple customer projects, delivering advanced distribution management solutions to utilities worldwide. Our software solutions deliver reliability, productivity, innovation, and efficiency through a modular architecture, adaptive algorithms, predictive analytics, and a brilliant user experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize ADMS S6 power systems modules to support distribution power flow (DPF) and other power system studies.
Lead or contribute to multiple customer power systems implementations, tailoring solutions to business needs and operational requirements.
Provide consultancy on power systems configuration and integration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve power system-related issues within ADMS.
Assist in the development and deployment of Power Apps, including attribute data loading and system configuration.
Support and perform internal consultancy and troubleshooting related to power systems within ADMS.
Utilize scripting skills (Perl/Python) to automate data processing and power system configuration tasks.
Apply Linux administration and Oracle database skills for system support and troubleshooting.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing standardization of power system work practices.
Stay current with cybersecurity best practices relevant to ADMS deployments.
Required Skills & Experience:
Lead multiple customer power systems implementations and tailor solutions to business requirements.
Define, explain, and promote power systems product strategy to customers and project teams.
Troubleshoot complex power system issues and drive problem resolution.
Mentor junior team members and lead automation efforts using advanced scripting (Perl/Python).
Leverage advanced Linux administration and Oracle database expertise for system optimization.
Provide consultancy, deliver workshops, and engage with customers directly.
Stay current with industry trends, cybersecurity practices, and emerging technologies related to power systems and ADMS.
Practical knowledge of ICCP deployment and commissioning.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with a variety of Power flow and Distribution system analysis
Experience with DPF systems in the energy or utilities sector is a significant advantage.
Any experience working with ADMS, OMS, and DMS systems in utility or energy sectors.
Relevant certifications in Power Analysis systems, ADMS, or energy management technologies.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
