Role

You will be responsible for the development and execution of internal, leadership and change communication for Euroclear Bank. In your role, you will build a position as partner and communications advisor to Euroclear Bank Management.

You will coordinate with Group communications to effectively engage Euroclear Bank employees and other stakeholders on the company’s strategic initiatives, people strategy and business priorities. This will include fostering Euroclear Bank’s identity within the group, values and corporate culture globally, supporting local and group ESG initiatives and, where appropriate, supporting entity-related media and marketing activities.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop a communication strategy, plan, messaging to effectively engage employees and managers on the strategy, business projects and people initiatives of Euroclear Bank, in line with corporate identity and messaging
  • Partner closely and advise Management Team on communications opportunities and practices, taking the lead as required, including drafting messages for senior executives (in written or spoken form) and briefing ahead of key stakeholder engagement
  • Create opportunities for connection between leadership and employees, emphasising those which support the mobilisation of people around the group’s strategy and their recognition and motivation to drive higher engagement
  • Deliver a variety of communications assets:
    • Plan, edit and develop content for a variety of internal communications channels, such as the company intranet, corporate or divisional newsletters
    • Plan, edit and develop content for a variety of social media channels, such as LinkedIn
    • Develop presentations for and support the organisation of internal meetings and events
  • Measure success and adapt if needed:
    • Measure the impact of communications efforts and keep internal stakeholders updated on progress of key activities (including as the owner of the Service Dialogue with Euroclear Bank)
    • Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly
  • Support the communications response to crisis situations which may affect Euroclear Bank’s reputation
  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across channels, for different divisions/departments, and with external communications messages, and advise stakeholders accordingly
  • Champion the importance of internal communication best practices and ensure adherence to the company’s corporate identity and values
