Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who combines strong recruitment skills with the ambition to shape recruitment strategy in close collaboration with our HR and Business Managers. The role goes far beyond recruiting: it is about building strong internal and external partnerships, analyzing market needs, and contributing to future workforce planning, while offering the opportunity to gradually take on broader responsibilities in areas such as talent management, coaching, and HR roadmaps.
- Full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines
- Proactive use of ATS systems for data-driven recruitment and reporting
- Creation and maintenance of recruitment pipelines to ensure talent availability, with continuous candidate engagement not only through calls or emails but also via personal and informal interactions.
- Strong use of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Professional to identify and attract candidates
- Provide structured feedback to HR and business managers after interviews
- Work closely with business managers to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles
- Participate in strategic discussions on recruitment and talent management
- Support consultants in preparing for client interviews and provide coaching
- Contribute to HR data reporting and translate insights into actionable initiatives
Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven expertise with ATS systems, data-driven reporting, and recruitment KPIs
- Language skills: Dutch/English with good understanding of French or French/English with good understanding of Dutch. Trilingual (NL/FR/EN) is a plus.
- Market knowledge: Experience in the financial market is not required but considered a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication skills: confident in giving input, challenging when needed, and building strong partnerships with managers
- Ambition to evolve towards strategic HR involvement (talent management, coaching, roadmap development)
- Analytical mindset: able to use data insights for decision-making
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute to the company’s long-term people strategy
