As a Talent Acquisition intern, you'll be part of our dynamic team, working directly withour local HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-onexperience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition but you can also get involved inother aspects of HR and office life while contributing to the growth and success of afast-paced tech company.
Key responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening CVs, building a pipeline of candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (Lever) with candidate information and recruitment activity, interview notes.
- Prepare all offer documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new Malters and help create an exceptional employee experience.
- Help with the organisation of team events and local engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to HR/TA reporting and analytics for the Benelux.
- Assist in implementing company-wide HR/TA projects at the local level.
About you
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR in the tech industry.
- Experience with ATS systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication written and oral.
- Natural ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in TA/HR.
- You are vibrant person with a passion for fostering a productive andpositive work environment.
- Fluent English and French, Dutch is a plus.
