Your mission
Member of the Business Unit Operations, Commercial Supply Chain, supporting our two Franchises (Medical Care / Dermo-Cosmetics & Personal Care) on the Benelux Territories, the Key Account Supply Chain Specialist contributes to an effective supply chain management from collaborative planning to replenishment, with a focus on Key Accounts.
Based in our Brussels office, you’ll work with our key clients to strengthen customer centricity and improve collaboration. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be at the heart of creating win-win solutions, optimizing processes, and driving customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities
- Customer Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key clients, sharing insights to ensure top-tier service while optimizing stocks and costs across the supply chain;
- Strategic Planning: Develop Supply Chain Joint Business Plans and roadmaps with clients, ensuring alignment on goals and creating sustainable distribution models;
- Performance Optimization: Monitor supply chain performance, analyze shortages (including on-shelf), and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risks;
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, transportation, supply chain, and commercial) to ensure seamless operations and alignment;
- Innovation & Improvement: Initiate innovative approaches to supply chain management, identify new services to enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize cost indicators;
- Improve customer service through improved forecasting accuracy and reduce cost to serve and inventory costs;
- Contribute to ad hoc local or corporate projects related to CPFR and / or Commercial Supply Chain improvement.
Who you are ?
- University Degree (Supply Chain Management / Business Management / Economics);
- Preferably 3 years of experience in logistics, customer care or supply chain (knowledge of CPFR is a plus);
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English (written and spoken);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust and drive results;
- Consumer-oriented, open-minded, and able to promote innovative ideas;
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel;
- Technical knowledge: MS Office (advanced in Excel). Knowledge of an ERP (preferably Dynamics AX and / or SAP) and DRP (FuturMaster).
