Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain Planning (SCP) team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our supply chain processes and ensuring optimal product availability to meet customer needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will report into Carlos Dias, S&OP Manager
Job Responsibilities
As a Supply Planner, you will:
- Optimize inventory levels in line with business strategy and supplier lead times.
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Production, and suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to align supply with customer demand.
- Identify and resolve supply and inventory issues proactively.
- Contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and support supply review meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and testing of continuous improvement projects.
Profile Description
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- You bring a first experience (internship or professional) in a relevant domain—bonus points if it involved data or stakeholder communication.
- You have a knack for turning data into actionable insights and can clearly communicate these to various stakeholders.
- You’re confident with Microsoft Office tools; experience with SAP is a plus.
- You thrive in a team setting but are equally comfortable working independently.
- You’re flexible, resilient under pressure, and an excellent communicator.
- You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.
