- Lead the development and delivery of consolidated sales and margin reporting across all Animal Health entities.
- Drive variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast), identify gaps, and co-develop corrective actions with business stakeholders.
- Take ownership of the forecasting and business planning processes in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams—beyond system input, you will actively challenge and co-create plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Controller and Junior Controller to ensure alignment across reporting, forecasting, and closing activities.
- Foster strong collaboration with both corporate finance and local finance teams to ensure consistency and transparency in financial processes.
- Work in close partnership with the Demand Planner and play an active role in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, ensuring financial alignment with volume planning, demand forecasts, and supply chain decisions.
- Ensure data consistency and transparency across systems during the transition phase.

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales controlling or commercial finance, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Experience in audit is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Experience working with ERP/reporting systems (e.g., D365 or SAP) is a plus, but not a must.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Dutch, or Finnish is a plus.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
What we offer
- The chance to shape the future of livestock health on a global scale.
- An opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities within a leading company in the industry.
Orion is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
