Job description

As a Sales Support International Projects specialist, you act as the vital link between our international key accounts, our PMD Project Managers, and the internal departments at HQ. You ensure smooth communication, flawless organization, and technical accuracy, while contributing to the success of prestigious architectural lighting projects worldwide.

• Act as the bridge between international key accounts, PMD Project Managers, and HQ departments.
• Collaborate daily with Planning, R&D, Logistics, Sales Support, and other teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Serve as gatekeeper in weekly status meetings with R&D to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Maintain professional and long-term customer relationships through open and accurate communication.
• Execute administrative tasks precisely and efficiently in SAP.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support and coach colleagues while fostering teamwork within the PMD division.

Profile

• You are communicative, proactive, and entrepreneurial, with a strong technical affinity and a hands-on mentality.
• You hold a (technical) bachelor’s degree and have gained your first relevant work experience.
• You have a strong affinity with our products and their technical background.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• You have experience with ERP and CRM tools, or you are eager to learn.
• You possess strong organizational skills, work efficiently, and communicate smoothly—both online and offline, and within international teams.
• You can quickly understand and translate complex information.
• You always go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
