Your key responsibilities


Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

  • Overall Summary:
    The Sales Executive is responsible for the development and maintenance of an account base within the assigned market, generating revenue and proactively uncovering new prospects for the Hotel and maximising conversion of business in line with Hotels’ budgetary goals. The Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business and managing existing accounts in order to continue to develop their business
Day to Day

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Generates new business for room and conference sales, while maintaining and further enhancing relationships with existing key accounts
  • Develops lead sources through prospecting, solicitation, referrals, and calls.
  • Conducts daily sales calls, follow up calls, site inspections with prospect and existing clients.
  • Generates and delivers accurate and timely results in the form of reports

  • Must demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate verbally with all colleagues, clearly stating ideas and strategies, whilst demonstrating the ability to listen and encourage feedback from others
