Your responsibilities
The Temporary Sales Advisor Value is a point of contact for decision makers and drivers of medium/large sized enterprises.
- Support the Sales Advisors in the creation of offers and giving accesses to Webquoter
- Preparation and timely delivery of accurate quotes
- Assist in proactively following up on onboarded drivers and the quotes sent and responding promptly to them
- Placing the pre-order after the customer’s approval
- Keeping the driver and customer data qualitatively up to date
- Do the outmost to achieve the given targets
Who are we looking for?
- You’re customer oriented and have a service excellence mindset (‘farmer’)
- You work accurately and are result driven.
- You can handle several tasks at once within a certain structure
- You have a good knowledge of French and Dutch and are able to understand the questions coming from Drivers and Fleet Managers
- Tech and digital savvy
