What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?

The new Product Specialist will join our Sales Operations Team and will be working with one of our most strategic vendors, Red Hat.

As a Product Specialist you will be in contact with our internal sales and operations teams and resellers in the Belux region.

Your daily work consists of customer service mainly by email, quoting and order management, and various back office administrative tasks.

You will assess customer needs, drive sales, and manage opportunities for both new and existing clients.

You will take ownership of your business area, tracking performance, and meeting sales goals.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in similar positions in inside sales, customer service or sales operations is a nice to have; IT industry experience is a nice-to-have too

• Good command of Dutch and French

• Fluency in English

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships

• Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach

• Effective communication with people at all levels

• Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts including working with alliance vendors.

• Problem solving and capacity to follow through on a task to conclusion.
