We are currently looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Audio Product Specialist. This hybrid role blends technical expertise and commercial flair. You will be the go-to person for all things related to our AED Audio products. From writing technical support documentation to customer product trainings, you will be able to make your mark in the technical development of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-house expert for all products in the AED Audio portfolio
- Provide technical support to the (sales) team and customers
- Create sound designs for custom projects
- Advise on the best product solutions for customer requests
- Perform product demo’s and trainings both internally and externally
- Write and update technical documentation for the products portfolio
- Define product roadmaps in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales and management
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and new technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional audio
- Strong knowledge of system design and audio signal flows
- Experience as product manager and/or trainer is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in English, Dutch and French is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (10-20%)
