Qualifications
We’re looking for a driven technician with both technical expertise and a passion for live production.
You bring:
- A broad technical background and hands-on experience with AV and sound installations.
- Proficiency with modern PA systems, digital mixing consoles (e.g., Allen & Heath), and Dante audio networking.
- Strong knowledge of wireless microphone systems and sound protocols.
- Fluency in Dutch, with basic communication skills in French and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to adapt to varied work environments and client needs.
- A flexible, proactive mindset – you’re cool under pressure, handle last-minute changes smoothly, and are open to travel.
- Bonus: Interest or experience in video, streaming, lighting, or multi-disciplinary event technologies.

Responsibilities
As an Audio Technician, you’ll be a vital part of delivering cutting-edge AV solutions for national and international events. Your work will power concerts, corporate shows, live broadcasts, and more.
Your core responsibilities:
- Execute the setup and dismantling of PA and sound systems.
- Handle FOH mixing, monitor mixing, and system tuning with precision.
- Provide on-site technical support, responding to client needs during events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various types of productions.
