Product Owner – Driving Customer Value Through Smart Contract Management Solutions
As a Product Owner, you are responsible for maximizing current and future customer value by defining, developing, and prioritizing the squad backlog. Your goal: to help your tribe achieve its strategic objectives.
You ensure a strong alignment between product development, services, and the commercial model with the needs of the customer. You also actively contribute to the performance of high-performing squads.
This role reports to the Tribe Lead and leads an agile squad focused on developing tools and processes for contract negotiation and management within a new IT stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management: from creation to signature
- Develop a hierarchical structure for contracts and customer relationships
- Establish a contract management framework and maintenance processes supporting the Opportunity-to-Contract journey
- Maintain a centralized, up-to-date repository of client contracts and addenda
- Define tools and processes to enable accurate and efficient quote generation
- Prioritize customer value, growth, and service across enterprise-grade products
Vision & Prioritization
- Shape and align a clear product vision with tribe leads and fellow Product Owners
- Define a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), considering resource constraints
- Maximize product value through iterative development and releases
- Uphold quality standards according to pre-defined acceptance criteria
- Identify and manage risks and compliance requirements
Backlog & Squad Management
- Set squad goals and priorities in line with business outcomes
- Build and maintain a well-structured backlog with clearly prioritized user stories
- Facilitate squad meetings and ensure a shared product vision
- Collaborate with other squads and tribes to eliminate silos
- Empower and motivate the squad through coaching and continuous feedback
- Align frequently with chapter leads, agile coaches, and scrum masters
- Foster a culture of trust, continuous learning, and experimentation
- Identify the right skill sets needed to form a high-performing team
Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Optimize continuously based on feedback from the sales team
- Actively engage with stakeholders to align expectations and track progress
- Detect risks and dependencies early, and develop mitigation plans
- Participate in production support management meetings
- Enhance customer adoption and improve user experience

- Micromanage or dictate solutions to the squad
- Make commitments on behalf of the squad without alignment
- Take on the role of people manager for all team members

- Skilled in engaging with multiple stakeholders and business owners
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
- Familiarity with B2B telecom products (mobile and fixed)
- Collaboration with Product Management for value/ROI-based backlog management
- Knowledge of prioritization techniques and roadmap planning
- Experience using JIRA (user stories, sprint planning)
- Collaboration with architects and UX/UI designers
- Strong knowledge of the SAFe framework (e.g. PI planning, compliance)
- Experience with cloud-based COTS solutions
