YOUR ROLE
As Payroll Specialist, you will:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and stakeholders.
- Apply Belgian social legislation correctly and provide clear guidance where needed.
- Collaborate closely with a second Payroll Specialist to divide and back up the workload.
- Suggest and implement improvements to existing payroll processes.
- Contribute to compliance and internal policy adherence.
VereistenYOUR PROFILE
You bring:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
- Affinity with blue-collar payroll elements (premiums, percentages, etc.).
- Experience with payroll tools such as Acerta, Syncore or Workday is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
- Good command of Excel and a structured, analytical approach.
PRACTICALS
- Contract type: Permanent (CDI)
- Work regime: 4/5 or full-time
- Location: 3 days/week on site, 2 days remote
- Start date: ASAP
