We are looking for a strategic and driven Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of end-to-end CLM solutions in an agile environment. In this key role, you will bridge the priorities of business, IT, and the customer to transform how contracts are created, negotiated, managed, and maintained.
Your Mission
As a Product Owner, you will lead a high-performing agile squad focused on modernizing tools and processes for contract negotiation and management, built on a modern IT stack. You will report directly to the Tribe Lead and play a crucial role in driving squad performance and delivering scalable, value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities – Contract Lifecycle Management
- Design and implement end-to-end contract lifecycle processes from creation to signature
- Develop a hierarchical structure for managing contracts and customer relationships
- Establish governance frameworks and maintenance procedures within the Opportunity-to-Contract process
- Manage a centralized, continuously updated repository of customer contracts and addenda
- Define tools and workflows for accurate and efficient quote creation
- Prioritize customer value, growth, and service excellence within enterprise-grade solutions
Vision & Prioritization
- Co-create a clear product vision with tribe leads and other Product Owners
- Identify and shape MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) within available capacity
- Maximize product value through iterative development and release cycles
- Safeguard quality via defined acceptance criteria and compliance standards
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring regulatory compliance
Backlog & Squad Management
- Define squad goals and priorities aligned with business objectives
- Maintain a structured backlog with clearly prioritized user stories
- Facilitate squad meetings and foster a shared product vision
- Collaborate with other squads and tribes to break down silos
- Empower the squad through coaching, continuous feedback, and skill development
- Align with chapter leads, agile coaches, and scrum masters
- Foster a culture of trust, learning, and experimentation
- Identify skill needs to ensure a high-performing team
Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Iterate based on feedback from the sales team and end users
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align expectations and monitor progress
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies
- Participate in production support and operational meetings
- Drive user adoption and continuously enhance the overall user experience
What to Avoid
- Micromanaging or prescribing solutions to the squad
- Making commitments on behalf of the squad without alignment
- Acting as people manager for all squad members

- Ability to align with multiple stakeholders and business owners
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with B2B telecom (mobile and fixed products)
- Skilled in value- and ROI-driven backlog management in collaboration with Product Management
- Expertise in prioritization techniques and roadmap planning
- Hands-on experience with JIRA (user stories, sprint planning)
- Ability to collaborate closely with architects and UX/UI designers
- Solid knowledge of the SAFe framework (e.g. PI planning, compliance)
- Experience with cloud-based Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions
