We are looking for a Product Manager EP EMEA to join our dynamic team in Zaventem. This role is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle of Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) portfolio across the EMEA region, bringing regional insights into global strategy discussions and driving successful product launches and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product launches and lifecycle management for EP products in EMEA, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts to support senior management planning.
Monitor rollout progress and adapt marketing plans and campaigns to optimize performance.
Collaborate with Advertising and Promotion teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
For capital equipment, design and implement service sales programs in close coordination with regional teams.
Act as the communication bridge between the Global Business Unit and EMEA regions regarding product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
Your Profile
Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a hands-on, creative approach.
Preferred: several years of experience in Electrophysiology (e.g., as EP Product Manager or Senior FTE with broader business acumen).
Alternatively, marketing professionals from other Abbott divisions (e.g., CRM, Neuromodulation) or from medical device industries with similar business models are welcome.
Proven ability to communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Structured and organized, with the ability to streamline processes and workflows.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
