Internship description:
Our Jupiler Brand team bridges the gap between supporting brand building, brand activations, campaigns, and consumer engagement. We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious student to join us and gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic and exciting industries. This is more than just an internship - it’s a chance to start your career with us. Outstanding interns will be considered for full-time roles post-graduation.
What will you do during the internship?
- Assist with planning and follow-up of activations and campaigns
- Support creation of marketing materials and content
- Analyze consumer trends and competitor activities
- Share insights on the lifestyle, habits, and culture of younger adult consumers
- Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and external partners
Internship duration:
Flexible start date, minimum 3 months
Compensation:
Unpaid (with potential for full-time employment post-internship)
Learning opportunities:
70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation.
20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.
10% of your learning will come from formal training, including workshops & online training courses. We will provide you with continuous opportunities to elevate your skills with access to free training sessions facilitated by AB InBev and LinkedIn Learning.

- Curious, creative, digitally fluent

- Strong communication and organizational skills
