For one of its partners in the Hotel sector, MR Consulting is looking for an multilingual Account Manager. Join a dynamic French hotel chain, operating two business-oriented properties in Belgium. Our culture is built on agility, performance, and customer satisfaction.
The main responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio (corporate, MICE, travel agencies, OTAs).
- Prospect and develop new markets and identify strategic opportunities.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements in line with set objectives.
- Ensure premium client follow-up and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee an optimal guest experience.
The ideal candidate sought:
- Bachelor or Master in a relevant field
- Proven experience in account management and business development (hospitality or B2B experience is a plus).
- Key skills: negotiation, prospecting, strategic account management, customer service, with a hunter & farmer mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: English, French or Dutch required and additional European language (Italian, German, Spanish…).
- Mobility: frequent travel within Belgium.
