Job Description
The QHSSE data integrity officer will integrate the BESIX Group QHSSE Corporate team. She/He will be responsible to cross check QHSSE reported data integrity across BESIX Group. He/she reports to the Corporate QHSSE Director and will work in close collaboration with the other members of the QHSE & ICT Corporate digital team and all Senior Operational QHSSE staff responsible for reporting QHSSE data. He/she will also contribute to the improvement of the company reporting process when applicable. As a secondary role, he/she will back up the BESIX Group QHSSE digital solution (OASIS) help desk as part of the QHSSE digital team.
His main daily responsibilities will include:
- Verify integrity of key data reported to support qualitative reporting.
- Verify digital risk management processes are well implemented and intervene/advise/report improvement notice to the end users.
- Provide assistance to the OASIS end users as part of and in close cooperation with the OASIS-help team.
- Back-up of the OASIS technical support.
- Be able to deliver OASIS trainings and support for the roll-out of OASIS on projects or in Business units.
- Proactively propose improvements to the QHSSE digital tools and channel the related improvements suggested by the business / end users.
- Additional random task to support the Corporate QHSSE department administration (purchase, team events, or assisting Corporate QHSSE Director or other team members in their tasks).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably with a digital background.
- Preferably minimum of few years’ experiences in digital solution data quality control. Comfortable with dashboards and reporting digital solutions.
- Client oriented, analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to work autonomous. · Flexible with good organizational skills enabling you to manage priorities and several tasks at the same time.
- Team player that pro-actively proposes solutions and improvements.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English and French or Dutch (additional languages are a plus).
- Digital hands-on, experience with various Data Management System platforms, MS Windows, MS Office and SharePoint are a must.
- A good fit with Quality, Health Safety and Environmental risk management processes and scope, a plus. (ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001).
