Cross-Border eCommerce Business Solutions Manager

As a Cross-Border eCommerce Solutions Manager, your daily challenges will include:

• Supporting customers in integrating their systems with ours through both standard and customized IT solutions.
• Analyzing specifications from last-mile delivery partners and translating them into clear requirements for our development teams.
• Leading and supporting customer- or supplier-driven integration projects, from scoping to delivery - ensuring completion within budget and timelines.
• Writing detailed business requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Acting as a key liaison between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams to align on IT needs and ensure optimal solution design.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Network, and Operations to gain a deep understanding of our services and operational flows.
• Developing your expertise in both customer IT needs and supplier integration standards, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Creating and executing user acceptance tests (UAT), writing test scenarios, and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Documenting solutions clearly and evaluating effectiveness post-implementation.
• Operating as a proactive member of the Business Solutions team while taking ownership of individual deliverables and enhancements.
• Communicating effectively across technical and business teams to ensure project alignment, transparency, and success.
• Applying and expanding your analytical, technical, and creative skills daily.
• Gaining a transversal understanding of business and IT development processes.
• Continuously reviewing and improving existing solutions and workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• Strong ability to understand and challenge customer needs and supplier specifications.
• Solid grasp of functional IT concepts; basic technical/development knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and agile frameworks. Experience in business process analysis or project management is an asset.
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas is advantageous: applied IT, operational management, or project coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in English, and Dutch or French. Trilingualism is a definite advantage.
• Experience working across multicultural and international environments, especially with teams in Europe, Asia and North America.
