To reinforce our IT team we are looking for a Service Manager Business Applications.
The Service Manager Business Applications oversees the delivery of SAP support services ensuring efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
This role involves operational and tactical management of service operations by leading a team of internal and external technical/functional analysts and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with Business Applications Manager, respective project and team leads.
Main responsibilities and key tasks
- Service Management
- Serve as the owner and driver of the support organization ensuring alignment with business needs and optimal performance
- Manage the team of support consultants and Mgd Services providers ensuring service quality and adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Use ITSM tool (Xurrent) as work instrument to manage support performance / maturity (measure & act) to increase customer satisfaction
- Resource Allocation
- Responsible for Resource Allocation and planning of all team members (cross project / support) in alignment with Business Applications Mgr, Competence Leads and Project Mgrs
- Team leadership
- Create and lead an efficient and performing team of internal and external technical/functional support analysts and maintain strong relationships
- Stakeholder Financial Management:
- Provide financial management and budget oversight + take necessary measures to increase cost efficiency and compliance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
- ITIL Foundation certification is a must
- Experience with Xurrent ITSM tool
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong leadership and communication skills
