Position Description
We are looking for a motivated junior team member to take on the responsibility of renting our new shared houses and existing rooms to young international professionals in the Brussels area, to manage the relationship with all ShareHomers in the houses and to take on the full administrative follow-up of several properties. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep commercial ability to spread the shared-housing concept of ShareHome, combined with an acute sense of rigor and administrative follow-up.
Responsibilities
Community Builder and Facilitator
· Place adds and follow up with all interested candidates - conduct visits of new houses and flats
· Finalize lease contracts – organize meet and greet sessions – launch house-communities
· Coach House Leaders and new tenants in developing their house community
· Promote the build-up of house-communities and the wider community on our community tools
· Manage sensitive and conflictual situations involving ShareHomers
· Help generate awareness and positive brand recognition through social media, newsletter and other channels
Relationship and Administrative Management
· Manage the relationship with ShareHomers through their entire journey (lease contract, payment of rent, arrival, exit, finding a replacement)
· Manage all incoming administrative queries from existing tenants and property owners (financial and contract follow up, utilities, official registration and notification, etc.)
Qualifications (juniors welcome)
· Very strong command of English and French (both spoken and written). Dutch and other European languages are a plus
· Excellent commercial and communication skills (written and verbal) based on positive thinking
· Deep sense of rigor and administrative follow-up (+ basic knowledge of Excel)
· Excellent human relationship sense – natural facilitation and conflict resolution skills, creativity
· Good knowledge of digital tools - minded to using new technology and information tools
