Role description:
1. CUSTOMER CONTACT:
Knows the customers, their activities, their sector and their relationship with the bank.
Is the contact person for customers regarding day-to-day business matters in the commercial area (mainly telephone reception and email management); and this in accordance with directives and powers.
2. TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION:
Gathers information to support Relationship Managers, on a preparatory and administrative level, in their tasks of acquisition/prospecting and granting credit.
3. COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATION:
Ensures the execution of administrative tasks arising from the various customer and prospect contacts in order to guarantee an adequate and precise constitution of the file as well as an introduction in the various systems, and this in close collaboration with the advisors.
4. COMPLIANCE & OPERATIONAL RISK:

Required experience / knowledge
Mandatory skills
Minimum 2-3 years of professional banking experience, preferably acquired in a sales department (branch network) or in the functional credit department.
Good experience in MS Office
Familiar with several IT Tools
Business experience
