Job Description

As a Trainee in the cutting room, you will be part of the core of our production process. This role is a development opportunity leading towards a leadership position. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our production processes and learn how to manage a team, working closely with the current cutting room supervisor.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in daily activities in the cutting room.

• Monitoring and ensuring the quality of operations.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient production processes.

• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

• Actively participating in process and workflow improvements.

• Training and guiding new employees.

• Gradually learning how to manage and plan the team’s activities.

Who are you?

• You are highly interested in production processes in meat processing.

• You possess good communication and people management skills; you can motivate and support a team.

• You are proactive and quick to learn.

• Affinity with safety and quality standards is a plus.

• You are ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership role.
