Your mission
- Leading the technical cooperation with distributors and PV installers in Nordics and BeNeLux.
- Supporting the customers with all pre-sales technical & product marketing information.
- Working out and regularly conducting on-site and online customer trainings for JA’s distribution customers and installers.
- Technical product marketing.
- Daily technical support to customers and JA’s sales team staff
- Constantly update shared folders on JA products accessible for JA’s customers
- Certifications of JA Solar’s products in the concerned European markets, including the full understanding of relevant calculations and methods.
- Constantly check with the customers on future product & technology trends and demand and provide feedback accordingly.
- Collaborate with component manufacturers to check the compatibility of JA’s modules with other system components.
- Overview on competitors’ products and product roadmaps – advantages and weaknesses compared to JA’s.
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering or Physics
- More than 5 years of work experience in the PV industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical attitude with the ability to understand customer’s needs.
- Fluency in English, a third European language or Chinese is a plus.
- Availability to travel.
- Self-motivated and performance driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
