Your Role
As Team Lead Operations Logistics Support, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of your team (approx. <15 direct and indirect reports). You coordinate activities, coach team members, and monitor performance to ensure optimal efficiency and service delivery. With a strong focus on people management, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, you contribute directly to the achievement of departmental and company goals.
You will:
Oversee and coordinate daily activities within the operations logistics support team
Translate the broader operations and logistics plan into a concrete action plan for your team
Ensure work is planned, distributed, and executed in line with guidelines and procedures
Lead, coach, and support your team members, fostering collaboration and positive culture
Monitor performance and KPIs, taking corrective action when needed
Drive continuous improvement by analysing and optimizing processes, techniques, and systems
Support and deliver on assigned projects within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards
Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Continuously develop your expertise to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness
Your Profile
Strong leadership skills: able to coach, motivate, and develop a small team
Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with an eye for detail and efficiency
Strong communicator: able to maintain clear communication with stakeholders at different levels
Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and focus on continuous improvement
Experience in operations, logistics, or team coordination is a strong asset
Comfortable working in an international environment and across departments
