How you create impact
- Ensure smooth operation, testing, and updates of Warehouse Management and Control Systems (WMS/WCS).
- Train and support users in both administrative and operational roles, resolving system-related issues.
- Define, implement, and monitor reports to improve operational visibility and performance.
- Collaborate with local IT, corporate IS/IT, and external solution providers for system improvements and escalations.
- Lead and manage IS-related subprojects for new functionalities and customer implementations.
- Analyze key business indicators and adjust WMS/WCS parameters to optimize operational output.
- Define, issue, and implement change requests in coordination with IS solution providers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain consistent communication with customer service, warehousing operations, and IT partners.
