Teamlead Dispatch – UPS, Diegem
Are you a natural leader who can make a real difference within a team? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where you can use your organizational talents and motivational skills? Then we’re looking for you!
What you'll do
- Lead a team of dispatchers: guiding, directing, and motivating are central to your role;
- Encourage teamwork and focus on solving problems;
- Train new dispatchers and provide ongoing training for both new and existing team members;
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure working hours are recorded accurately;
- Support sick leave and guide employees through their return-to-work process;
- You offer hands-on support to the team when necessary.

What you’ll need
- Experience in dispatching;
- Fluent in English, preferable also Dutch and/or French;
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and a true team player;
- Solution-oriented and able to show leadership both operational and within the team;
- A truck driving license (C or CE) would be beneficial.
