Avantor is op zoek naar een dynamische Team Leider binnen onze tak van Technische Diensten in Haasrode !
Als team leider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding, coaching en ontwikkeling van de medewerkers van de Equipment Services Admin afdeling.
Je bevordert een proactieve, klantgerichte cultuur en zorgt ervoor dat prestatiedoelen, veiligheidsregels en kwaliteitsnormen consistent worden gehaald.
Je zult nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen, serviceverbeteringen voorstellen en je team naar succes leiden.
Vervolgens, ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen portfolio van klanten & het ondersteunen van teamlids waar nodig.
Werkuren
Van maandag tot vrijdag met flexibele starturen. Geen shifts of week-end werk.(38.16u per week)
Team
Ons team bestaat uit 7 collegiale Service Coordinators die de administratieve taken en planning beheren van onze Field Service Techniekers;
Wat we zoeken:
· Ervaring: Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een People Management rol.
Eerdere ervaring binnen een administratieve/coordinator rol. Kennis van technische diensten is een pré.
· Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van people management en coaching
· Sterke communicatie-, organisatie- en besluitvaardigheidsvaardigheden
· Een commerciële mindset en een proactieve houding
· Veerkracht, zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
· Meertalige beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pré.
