We are currently looking for a Sales Admin & Delivery Supervisor to take responsability for the end-to-end coordination of the administration and delivery processes for new and used vehicles—including retail, TME, fleet, and dealer —ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business performance by managing accurate and seamless administration of all vehicles scheduled for delivery, covering the entire process from start to finish.
- Coordinate the planning and scheduling of vehicle deliveries to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Provide operational support and act as a backup for the entire Sales Admin & Delivery team, including both Used Cars and New Cars departments.
- Serve as the sales planning and logistics expert for assigned dealer sites, including IMC, Toyota City, and Lexus Inchcape Retail locations.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Sales Admin & Delivery team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in and administrative role with customer contacts.
- Experience in leading a team
- Good knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word). Knowledge of a dealer computer package (Navision – Incadea) is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Excellent communication skills
- Being a dynamic team player who can act and think proactively
- Accurate and organized
- Have a high degree of integrity
