Team lead Warehouse

Move forward as Team Lead Warehouse at DSV in Zedelgem.

About the role

As Teamleader, you’ll guide a team of around 15 to 20 warehouse workers.

Your main tasks:

Plan the daily work: who does what and when;
Make sure the work is done correctly and safely;
Step in and work alongside your team when needed, you're not afraid to get hands-on;
Support and motivate your team;
Check quality: correct packaging, right quantity, no damage, correct labelling;
Ensure everyone follows safety rules;
Keep the warehouse clean and organised.

Are you the perfect fit?

You have a first experience as teamlead within a Warehousing environment
You are fluent in Dutch & English
You have good communication skills.
You can train and supervise (new) people.
You are pragmatic, proactive and flexible: working hours can be very variable.
You see priorities and are quality conscious.
