Roche Diagnostics Belgium is looking for a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Planning Expert to optimise inventory management, forecasting accuracy, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to deliver superior customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities
Lead S&OP Process: Prepare for and lead Sales & Operations Planning meetings, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to generate demand forecasts and assess business risks.
Optimize Supply Chain Performance: Continuously improve S&OP processes to boost forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
Manage Inventory and Data: Oversee inventory values and master data, providing timely reports on stock levels, write-offs, stockouts, and provisions.
Mitigate Supply Risks: Identify and address potential supply issues impacting customers or business performance, managing communication plans for availability concerns and supporting new product launches.
Your background
You hold a University Degree in Planning / Supply Chain or related field
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in demand planning/forecasting preferable with additional exposure to logistics, plannin, stock management operational activities & cross country collaboration
You possess the digital acumen and specialist knowledge of cutting-edge platforms like SAP (IM, MM, & Planning), APO, Google, Monday.com, and Lucidspark, complemented by strong analytical tools including Excel, to revolutionize S&OP processes
You are fluent in English, Dutch and French are solid advantage

You'll leverage strong analytical and reporting skills to provide insightful management information and solve problems proactively in a demanding operational environment
You're expected to champion a performance-driven mindset, adapting to change and consistently seeking improvements to enhance service and reduce costs
Your communication skills will be key to explaining decisions ("the why"), building strong internal relationships, and fostering a culture of quality and service
You'll contribute positively to a collaborative team, coaching colleagues, prioritizing effectively, and demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and development
