ABOUT THE ROLE:
Under the supervision of the PFA Manager & Supply Chain Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the production & supply chain operations for our plant located in Belgium, in terms of monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis. You and the team will also be the main point of contact for the internal stakeholders for financial analysis acting as a real business partner.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Issue and analysis of daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and participates in the implementation of an action plan
- Participates in test cost calculations and in those of various projects underway at plant level
- Monthly closure: Ensures the smooth running of the closing by participating in the control of production orders, stock, goods reception, etc.
- Inventory Stock Analysis: Define Stock Value Budget and Forecasts, Monitoring actual trend and destructions costs with related root cause analysis (both commercial and industrial)
- Operations Profit & Loss: Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit, and variance analysis
- Budget and Forecast: Collaborate with Plant and Supply Chain teams to develop budgets and rolling forecasts analysis based on specific KPIs (scraps, efficiency, OAE, truck saturation, etc.)
- Production Cycles and scraps: definition, implementation and control of production cycles per line and product type
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals with various department, provide financial expertise to support decision-making processes
- Cost Analysis: Related to both commercial and industrial supply chain, perform monthly closing activities and highlight risks and opportunities
- Financial Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial standards and Ferrero policies, Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with supply chain operations
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
Profile
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Strong database management and analytical skills
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, communication
- Experience in logistic and/or production is a plus
IT Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HFM, Essbase, SAP
Languages
- Fluency in French and English
- Any additional language is a plus
